Cat
Hi, I'm Cat. I qualified as a physiotherapist in 2009. Since then I have worked for the NHS, MOD, and a number of sporting groups including an athletics club, semi-pro football team, and the climbing academy team based in the Project Climbing Centre in Poole.
I enjoy my role as a physiotherapist and am naturally motivated to rehab people back to a high fitness level, whether this is associated with their career or for recreational reasons.
I like to find out what drives and motivates each individual, then orientate their treatment towards the goals they are working towards. In my personal time I look after my children and like to spend time outside, especially climbing, cycling, or swimming in the sea.
